When the event thing ended for that route, I got my copies of HG/SS. Therefore, I missed out on the pikachus.

I am in the process of getting mine now, once I get one, I'll clone it and trade it to you. Don't even know my FC yet, just got the game a couple days ago, and AR'd for all the events (Darkrai/Arceus/Mew/Celebi/Satoshi's Pikachu/Pikachu Colored Pichu, etc.)
