I'm sure these are liable to being changed, but when I discussed this over with Loskene the clauses were determined to be:

Sleep Clause
Freeze Clause
Soul Dew Clause
Species Clause
OHKO Clause
Evasion Clause
Timed Battle

Also, if you didn't know, this is an OU tourney, so no ubers, but you can use Pokemon from any of the tiers below OU. If you don't know the tiers, you can find them here:

When you do organize your team, don't forget to message your team to Loskene so that he can ensure that you do not change it over time. You can do this with shoddy simply by going to Edit -> Export to Text, then uploading it to pastebin.com and /msg the corresponding link to Loskene on 420chan's irc server.

One last thing. It is common courtesy on Shoddy to save a log of the battle in the case that something is misconstrued and needs review, so be sure to abide by this.
