Figured this would be helpful here seeing as a lot of people ask for trade evos and I'm not really sure if it would be counted as a glitch or hack since nintendo seems to have put it in intentionally.

Anyways, here is a way to evolve those annoying trade evo pokemon without actually asking someone for help.

You are still going to need wifi and connection to the gts in this method though.

Step 1.
Go to the GTS.

Step 2.
Send the pokemon you want to evolve into the GTS.

Be sure to have whatever item is needed for them to evolve equipped.

Step 3.
Set something rather ridiculous up for trade in exchange for your pokemon.
(So say you have a kadabra ask for a darkrai or something.)
Sorry to anyone who finds this rude. :c

Step 4.
Go and get something from the GTS.
Do not withdraw your pokemon.

(Starters are normally pretty easy to get simple trades for since people normally ask starter for starters or something like that.)

Step 5.
Once you got a pokemon from the GTS, withdraw your pokemon.

Step 6.
Profit.

Hope this is helpful to anyone who have been wanting to evolve a pokemon but couldn't find a partner. :D
