No. 520
From what I can see, don't bother. If you really want a PSP then you're probably best off going for the 1000 or 2000 (original or slim v1) because last I heard, which is admittedly a while ago, the model 3000 (slim v2) had plenty of trouble with dead pixels and whatnot.
The Go brings nothing new to the table except for:
-Bluetooth, which allows connection certain headsets and the PS3, the latter of which will allow you to control games on the Go with a Sixaxis or DualShock3.
-Improved screen
While at the same time you lose:
-UMD drive. Figure that out for yourself... -_-
-Universal USB port. Sony decided to switch to a proprietary connector this time 'round.
As for my recommendations, I'd probably go with the model 2000. You get a slightly better screen and backlight and a noticeably smaller form factor, yet retain the ability to homebrew enable the device without too much troble (TOOL battery by Datel, or hard-mod your own Pandora's Battery).
Basically it boils down to your intended use: if you just want a good portable gaming platform which you can expand as you like (emulators, easy access to PSX titles, homebrew, etc) then go with models 1000 or (best choice) 2000. If however you want something to compliment your Sony-worshiping shrine next to the glorified Blu-ray player you call a gaming platform, then look for the PSP Go.
PS- For the record, I know the PS3 has a few good exclusive titles (Uncharted 1 + 2, MGS, and Killzone to name a few) but you can't argue that the system's price tag was worth it, especially considering Sony's horribly botched attempt at backwards-compatibility and/or region-free gaming.
