I'll be surprised if anybody posts in this thread, much less actually own this game.

Just noting Rossco's typo that isn't there. Please delete my post

I don't own any Bomberman games, and never tried to get into it. I do know the focus is multiplayer, though. And I've got respect for the series, for some reason.
Also, there are like a million Bomberman games.

Looking into it... it's a DSiWare game?! So you have a DSi now?

Indeed, it's the first Nintendo console I've bought since the GBA SP. It's a real rarity to get in a game with people who don't have a Japanese name. As with most of these games, it's better to play with people on your friends roster, playing publically means playing on a random map with strict, almost boring settings.

What colour DSi did you get, and how much did it end up costing?

I hope you haven't bought too many DSiWare games randomly ... I know of several titles which are purchase-worthy, if you're completely in the dark about them. Also, I think EU gets some games early, sometimes, in WiiWare/DSiWare.

Reading a review about Bomberman Blitz, just seems like a hacked down version of Bomberman DS games. With most games like that, of which there are several on DSiWare, I'd rather just buy the actual cart.

I'd be interested to learn of your list of "must have" DSiWare titles. The only purchase I feel really fulfilled over from the DSi Shop is PictoBits, although that game is really amazing.

I got 1000 free points and decided to buy a couple of games while I waited on my flashcart arriving. First was Army defender because of my love of defence games. The lack of upgrades and replayability killed it a little for me, but it's still quite fun. Would reccommend Bomberman Blitz all the way though. The bots are skilled from "casual" to "tourneyfag impossible" and the WiFi matches are always fun, even if everybody on them is better than you.

It's a white DSi, unboxed but in perfect condition.Cost me £90, pretty good considering import tax etc. I ordered my Acekard 2i 6 days ago, confirmed shipped 5 days ago, no sign of it :(.

Which others have you bought? Personally I'm not fond of Pictobits, though lots seems to like it. List coming in future - limited time left today.

Oh, they had the free points thing when it first released here. There are a few tower defense games. I laughed at the thought of a Bomberman tourneyfag ... though they no doubt exist.
Where did you order your Acekard 2i, and do they do international? And is it the best deal around? I want to order an Acekard 2i very soon [immediately].

http://www.0shippingzone.com/acekard-acekard-p-319.html, as per qCks suggestion. They do free worldwide shipping from Hong Kong, I've been waiting a week for mine though, you might want to pay for speedier delivery or at least tracking.

As for the games, we're severely lacking here in the E region. We've got Sudoku clones, a few Nintendo apps, a few games, that's about it. I was going to look at Pictobits, not available. I think Army Defender and Bomberman were the only 2 games out of the whole list that appealed to me, apart from Rayman, but I wasn't paying 800 for it.

Well mine's all ordered up, should be arriving in 15 days or less.
After I ordered with tracking, and they had sent the package, they sent me a picture of my package. Excessive, but cool.
