We call her Blue here. Since in the original translations of the Manga, her name is Blue and the guy is Green.

Long story short -
Japan - Red and Green (Hero and Rival)
US - Red and Blue (Hero and Rival)

Plus, most of us think Blue is such a girly name to give to an awesome character like Green. In addition, Gary being Green is easier to remember because of the alliteration.
