team plasma was originally going to go to the sinnoh reigon to use arceus to split the world but realized it could easily backfire and they could be erased out of existance.

OP: I have a couple of questions. The game was shown to have a sort of multiplayer story mode in one of the trailers, where four players were connected to one game, and in one part of the trailer it showed another player walking around in game. What is this? Does the game's storyline have co-op?

Black City is a large city with a large crime rate. you can get things stolen by people and you can go battle them to get whatever you lost back.

White Forest is a large forest and you can fight pokemon in the city.

i prefer black because it's funny getting your stuff stolen.

One girl is a wandering trainer that specializes in shiny pokemon. there are swarms in the game where the rate is upped to run into them for one species, she tells you. once you capture the shiny no more appear and you must wait another month.

Shiny loli chick:

you run into her after the 3rd gym and have a double battle with her. i don't know much about it
she has very short black and red hair and uses a lot of bug type pokemon. very hyper and kind. she helps you escape from the plasma castle after N sets you free and stays behind to fend off grunts when you enter the ripped dimension.
after you beat the game she alerts you to a pokemon that has a higher chance of being shiny than normal. pokeradar of the game.
she can be found with aragi once a week or up in a mountain area post-game talking to "nothing".

only reason i know so much is because i worked on her quite a bit. editor will be giving her a "brooklyn" accent


Atom is n's father. he wants to seperate pokemon from humans in order to restore the world to what it was before humans either tainted the world with technology or invaded nature depending on the game.
he is a very bitter person due to his wife dying for no apparently reason (due to her not being in the right dimension).
he loves his son but uses him as a doll to control reshiram and zekrom since they are "godlike pokemon" and will only respond to people with a pure heart.
he can read minds with his eye patch.
he ends up dying along with his son in the ripped dimension, thus "ending" team plasma.
(you need to defeat the 3 admins again for them to disband)

I've been hearing all this godlike or angelic shit, but why does N want to surpass the champion? to have the strength to control reshiram/zekrom
it was his idea first, atom just stole it and gave him a crown as a "good job i love you kiddo"

How does N die?
his father tries to kill you for interfering ("i will terminate you for these actions" censorship even in the japanese version) and he stops him by blocking a sword strike. he was already heavily injured from his father attacking him to release his real forme. he stays behind and dies in the ripped dimension with his father.
(event unlocks that he is still alive, but it is heavily implyed that he dies there.)


what is his relationship with his father?
confusing as fuck. dad praises him like he's some sort of prodigy, but uses him as a doll and almost kills him releasing his true forme by attacking him with his pokemon.
uses him to control reshiram or zekrom since they'll only listen to somebody with a "pure heart" which he thinks means somebody from the other world.
(hence why you can capture them later in the game)

N is only part since atoms wife was one of the m and she died because they can't survive in the pokemon world. they apparently moved humans from another world to the pokemon one, and zekrom and reshiram were created.

it's only breifly any other are seen and they're more of an in game religious thing for the humans than anything

Friendship system, nothing too big, just saying certain things at certain scenes means you get different dialouge, and items from a character. Affects the outcome of some cutscenes.

(It should be noted that "Aiko" drew a sketch of an angelic-ish pokemon. The style looked quite similiar to another leaked scribble of a legendary. Possible proof? I dunno.)

If what has been said is mostly true then I guess I like how things are a bit more complex, but even as an adult I've always preffered the innocent simplicity of Pokemon.

All this shit with angels and dimensions reminds me too much of Final Fantasy though.

You gotta remember though,
If somebody wrote out how R/S was going to happen or even D/P it would sound just like this.

For all we know the whole angel and dimensions stuff is very minor but a "big" thing for fans.

Never the less, whether or not this is confirmed could be shown by the ESRB rating. This sounds like it could at least earn an E10+, if not a T.

The plots for past games have been pretty controversial yet minor too.
TR was Mafia/Major Crimes.
Team Magmaqua was basically drowning the world or drought it, that causes death for most everyone! And it was kind of like Global Warming in a way?
DPPt was had a frikin GOD in it and Pokemon that represented knowledge, willpower, and emotions and probably had power over it too. We can see it getting more mature but still appeal to kids. The plots weren't a major thing in the other games too, it was the gameplay.

I hope it gets translated in all its glory, and no nice cleanups for the Christians, it's POKEMON not a new Bible, I think they can handle it.

I am christian and I have NOTHING against this plot. I think that its absolutely amazing and would make for the BEST Pokemon game EVER. Its about time that pPokemon had a bit more of a grown up plot anyway :P
