Is there any progs for alternating GBA roms? Some SDK or anything? I know, I know, I'm supposed to used Google, but - could anyone help?

Damn, I should stop using any translators and start writing things by myself.

Programs for changing GBA roms - (dis)assemblers, resource extractors/editors, patchers, maybe even (de)compilers, because I think that they write games for Gameboys in some dialect of C, not in assembler.

Aggronfag is actually busy making one or more ROM hacks of his own; you might ask him. I know that the GBA games have been totally dissected, and I think that mapping and scripting are well under way for the DS-era games too.

Just about anywhere, but your best shot would be to ask him directly in one of his threads dedicated to his hacks. I happen to know that the thread regarding his 151chan ruby hack is alive over in /silph/ at the moment.
